Delivery policy

Production and delivery time

We print your mural to order once your payment is confirmed. Production usually takes 2 to 3 working days, and delivery within Thailand a further 2 to 4 working days — typically 5 to 7 days from order to your door.

Larger or multi-panel orders can take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Delivery cost

Delivery is a flat ฿250 within Thailand, and free on orders from ฿3,500 in goods. You will always see the exact delivery charge in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

The courier will call

Our couriers usually call before they deliver, so please give a phone number you answer at checkout. If they cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed until the next attempt.

If your parcel is damaged

Please check your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging looks badly damaged, take a photo before opening and note it with the courier if you can.

If the mural inside is damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos of the parcel and the mural, and we will reprint or refund it. See our refund policy for how that works.

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Thailand. We do not offer overseas delivery through the website, but we can often arrange it on request for an additional charge — contact us with where you are. The flat installation add-on at checkout covers greater Bangkok only. Elsewhere we can often arrange a fitter through local partners on request — a separate arrangement, so contact us.
