Every mural is priced per square metre by the material you choose. Enter your wall width and height and the price updates as you go, so you always see the total before you commit. We add a 5 cm trim margin on every edge, which is included in the price. A ฿1,500 minimum order applies.

Yes, ฿1,500 per order. If your mural comes to less than that, you will see a minimum order adjustment on the total. Small walls and test pieces are still worth ordering, and the adjustment is shown clearly before you pay.

Yes, and we recommend it if colour matters to you. We post a free A4 printed sample of your design on the material you are considering, with no payment needed. It lets you see the colour and feel the material against your own wall and in your own light before you order the full size. Samples usually arrive within a few days.

Yes, on request. A printed colour proof is charged at half the listed price of the piece. It is worth doing when the artwork is colour-critical, when you are matching an existing scheme, or when the image is a personal photograph you cannot replace.

Card or PromptPay, both handled securely at checkout in Thai baht. You will see the full total, including delivery and any installation, before you pay.

Because each mural is printed for your exact wall, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once printing has started. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can. If we have not started printing, we cancel and refund in full. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, we will reprint or refund it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos.

Yes. Upload your image when you configure your mural and it is priced per square metre exactly like our own designs. Our team reviews every file by hand before it goes to print, and we will tell you if anything needs attention before we start.

As a guide, aim for 300 DPI at the final printed size. That said, murals are viewed from across a room rather than at arm's length, so a slightly softer file often prints perfectly well. Send us the file and our team will check it properly and tell you honestly whether it will hold up at wall scale.

Only if you hold the rights to it. Images from search results, social media or stock libraries usually belong to someone else, and licensing them is the customer's responsibility. If you are unsure, send it over and we will help you work out whether it can be used or suggest something similar from our own collections.

They will be close, but screens and print do not work the same way. A screen makes colour with light, print makes it with ink, and every monitor and phone is calibrated a little differently. If the exact shade matters, order an A4 sample or a colour proof first and judge it in the room where it will hang.

Usually yes. We scale every design to your wall as a matter of course, and small adjustments such as cropping or shifting the composition are part of the service. Larger changes like recolouring depend on the artwork, so tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible.

For most rooms in your own home, Premium Vinyl is the dependable all-rounder. If you rent or expect to move it, choose the Vinyl Wallpaper Sticker, which peels away cleanly. Fabric Backed suits walls that are not perfectly smooth. Canvas, Gold Foil and Silver Foil are for statement walls. Tell us about your wall and we will recommend one.

Paste-up materials go on with adhesive applied to the wall. They are more forgiving on walls that are not perfectly flat and they last longer, but taking them down is a proper job. Peel-and-stick materials have the adhesive built in, so there is no paste and no mess, they reposition while you work, and they come off cleanly later. The trade-off is that they want a smooth, sound, fully cured wall to grip.

The Vinyl Wallpaper Sticker. It peels away without paste or residue, so the wall goes back as you found it. Two things make the difference: the paint underneath must be sound and fully cured, and it is always worth getting your landlord's permission in writing first.

For a humid room, Premium Vinyl or Fabric Backed hold up better than the peel-and-stick materials. Air conditioning that cycles on and off creates condensation, and that is what lifts self-adhesive edges over time. A mural will live happily in a bathroom that is well ventilated and away from direct splashes, but no wallcovering belongs inside a shower enclosure or on a wall that is already damp.

Existing wallpaper should come off first, whatever material you choose. Texture is a question of degree. A light roller finish is usually fine with a paste-up material, but anything strongly textured will show through and will stop a self-adhesive material gripping properly. Yes to all three, on request. Our lowest-emission option is Fabric Backed: the wallcovering is made by Len-Tex in the USA using their phthalate-free Clean Vinyl Technology, formulated without phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde or phenol, certified to SCS Indoor Advantage Gold and tested to CDPH Section 01350 — the indoor-emissions standard written for schools and healthcare interiors. We print it with Canon UVgel 460 ink on a Canon Colorado M-series press, a print system Canon lists as GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions, alongside Indoor AgBB and the French A+ indoor air rating. The ink cures as it prints, so there is no solvent smell and a room can go straight back into use, which matters for nurseries and bedrooms. If you would rather avoid PVC altogether we have PVC-free materials too, and fire-retardant materials can be supplied for buildings that require them. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the options.

Measure the width and the height in centimetres, and measure each in two or three places rather than once. Walls are rarely perfectly square, so use the largest reading you get. We add a 5 cm trim margin on every edge, which absorbs the small differences. If you would rather not guess, send us a photo with your measurements and we will check it for you.

Measure the whole wall as if they were not there. The mural is printed to the full rectangle and the openings are cut out during installation, which keeps the pattern lining up across the wall. Trying to measure around them is the most common way an order goes wrong.

Most murals arrive as several numbered panels rather than one large sheet, because panels are far easier to handle and hang straight. They are printed to overlap slightly so the pattern matches seam to seam, and the numbering tells you the order they go up in.

Because each mural is printed to your measurements, we cannot resize it once it has been printed. That is why we would much rather check first. Send us your measurements or a photo of the wall before you order and we will look them over. It costs nothing and saves the awkward conversation later.

Production takes 2 to 3 working days and delivery within Thailand a further 2 to 4 working days, so most orders arrive within about 5 to 7 days. Larger or multi-panel orders can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that applies to yours.

Delivery is a flat ฿250 anywhere in Thailand, and free on orders from ฿3,500 in goods. You will always see the exact charge in your cart before you pay. Once your order ships we send a tracking number, and you can follow it at any time on our order tracking page.

Our online shop delivers anywhere in Thailand. We do not offer overseas delivery through the website, but we can often arrange it on request for an additional charge. Contact us with where you are and what you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible.

Yes. Professional installation is ฿2,800 for one mural (a standard size of about 20 m²) and ฿2,500 for each further mural in the same order; sticker finishes and Fabric Backed Wallpaper are ฿150/m². It is added at checkout and the price applies in greater Bangkok. Standard installation only: removing old wallpaper (฿60/m²), wall repairs and patching (quoted from site conditions) and double-height walls (฿1,800) are priced separately. Elsewhere we can often arrange a fitter through local partners on request, which is a separate arrangement, so please contact us.

Every order ships with numbered panels and a step-by-step guide. Most walls take one to two hours for two people. You will want a tape measure, a level or plumb line, a sharp blade and a smoothing tool. Start from one edge, work top to bottom, and take the backing off gradually rather than all at once.

Smooth outward from the centre of each panel towards the edges, never from one side across. Work in small sections and peel the backing gradually. Small bubbles can be pushed to the nearest edge, and a stubborn one can be pricked with a pin and smoothed flat. For the seams, line up the pattern at eye level first, since that is where the join will be noticed, and let any accumulated difference fall at the top and bottom where trim will take it.

We print with fade-resistant inks, and on a sound, dry, well-prepared wall a mural will look right for years indoors. The paste-up materials outlast the peel-and-stick ones. The biggest factor is light: hours of strong direct sun will fade any printed colour eventually, ours included, so a wall that takes the full afternoon sun will age faster than one that does not.

Dust with a dry cloth. Most of our materials take a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, which is enough for fingerprints and everyday marks. The metallic foils and matte finishes prefer a soft dry cloth on its own. Nothing abrasive, no scouring pads and no solvent cleaners on any of them.

The peel-and-stick materials are designed to come away cleanly, and on sound, fully cured paint they do. Pull slowly from a top corner at a shallow angle rather than straight out. Where problems happen it is almost always the paint underneath rather than the mural: paint that was applied recently, or is already flaking, can lift with it.
